AACT stands for Agent Animation Character Editor . It is a tool used to create, edit, and manage character files ( .ACS , .ACF , .AGT ) for the Microsoft Agent platform, which was popular on Windows 98/XP for interactive help characters (e.g., Merlin, Genie, Peedy).
