Select the file(s) or folder(s) you want.
Double-click the zipped folder to open it (like a regular folder).
Drag them to any other folder (Desktop, Documents, etc.). Windows will automatically copy and unzip them there. Method 3: Using the Command Bar (Menu Ribbon) Step 1: Click once on the zipped folder to select it.
Windows 11 has native support for .zip files. No extra software needed.
Locate the zipped folder (it will have a zipper icon on the folder).
