I’ve been using the IEMIS portal for a few months now for job applications and profile management. On the positive side, the interface is clean and relatively easy to navigate. Registration was straightforward, and I received timely updates on my application status. The document upload feature works well, and the dashboard gives a clear overview of active processes. Overall, it’s a solid portal for its purpose, but a few technical tweaks would make the user experience much smoother. On the positive side, the interface is clean
However, there are occasional slowdowns during peak hours, and the password reset process can be a bit clunky — sometimes the reset email takes 10–15 minutes to arrive. Also, mobile responsiveness could be better; some tables and forms don’t display well on smaller screens.
