“If you want me to trigger the ‘walkout’ on Friday, I need double the appearance fee. Plus, I keep the queen’s crown prop.” Producer (unseen): “We can’t pay you more than the Oscar winner. She doesn’t even know we’re scripting her feud with you.” Lola: “Then I’ll really quit. Live. On air. And I’ll say you planted the snakes in her bed.”
“We can’t air the real vote. The public wants Lola out, but she’s our only drama.” Dec: “Then fake the vote. Swap her name with Sam’s.” Director: “Already done. Sam gets evicted tomorrow. Lola wins.”
“Do you think they bought it?” Dec: “Mate, they bought a PPVRip of a fake season. We’re doing a real one next month.” Ant: “Brilliant.” They clink mugs of tea. The screen cuts to static.
