Junna Shiina May 2026

Early in her career, Shiina was often typecast as the "cool beauty" ( reijou ). She had sharp, fox-like eyes and a stoic resting face that could intimidate new fans. However, as she aged from 17 to 25, that coolness matured into a breathtaking, melancholic beauty. By 2019, she had one of the most photogenic faces in the group—not "kawaii" in the squeaky, bubbly sense, but utsukushii (beautiful) in the classical, tragic sense.

In a group where members often cry during graduation announcements, Shiina announced her graduation (leaving in August 2021) with a stoic, warrior-like calm.
