Take a deep breath, square your shoulders, and step into your power. You got this, babe!

It's your girl Nicki, and I'm back with a brand new blog post that's all about taking control of your life and career. As someone who's been in the game for a while, I've learned a thing or two about what it takes to be a boss. And let me tell you, it's not just about the Benjamins or the title – it's about having the confidence, the drive, and the determination to make your dreams a reality. nickiitheboss

I know it's not always easy to be a boss. There will be haters, doubters, and naysayers. There will be times when you feel like giving up or throwing in the towel. But here's the thing: being a boss isn't just about achieving success – it's about the journey, the struggle, and the growth. As someone who's been in the game for

To me, being a boss means being a leader, a trailblazer, and a game-changer. It means being fearless, taking risks, and pushing boundaries. It means being true to yourself and refusing to let anyone or anything bring you down. And most importantly, it means being unapologetically you.

Is it fear? Is it doubt? Is it someone else's opinion? Whatever it is, I want you to know that you have the power to overcome it. You have the power to take control of your life and career, to make your dreams a reality, and to be the boss of your own destiny.

  1. several years ago I started with a 22 minute guided meditation. I did the same thing you did, Sarah. I rolled out of bed, went to my couch and sometimes fell asleep during the 22 minutes but eventually I stayed awake. I decided in the beginning I would do it for 21 days to form a habit. It only took a couple weeks before I noticed I was feeling something different. Upon thinking, I realized I felt content like everything was OK no matter what. I don’t meditate every day anymore but hopefully this will inspire me. I was feeling out of sorts this morning so I meditated for eight minutes. I was a new person at the end of the meditation, and the rest of my day has been great! ❤️
